Acceptance of Terms And Conditions

These Terms And Conditions govern your use of all of our products and our website. By using our website and purchasing our products you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms And Conditions. If you have any questions or concerns about the terms of this agreement, please call us at (888) 645-5750. If you do not agree to these Terms And Conditions, you may not use our products or website.

These “Terms And Conditions” are an ongoing legal contract between you individually, or a company that you represent and Hound GPS and apply to your use of the Hound GPS trackers and website. These Terms And Conditions affect your rights and you should read them carefully.

Changes to Terms & Conditions
Hound GPS reserves the right, with or without notice to you, to change these Terms And Conditions in our sole and absolute discretion. The most current version of these Terms of Use can be reviewed by clicking on the "Terms And Conditions" located at the bottom of the website. The most current version of the Terms And Conditions will supersede all previous versions. Your use of the houndtracking.com website and its sub-domains or continued use of our service after changes are made means that you agree to be bound by such changes.

Shipping To An Address Other Than Your Billing Address
If an order is being shipped to an address different from billing address, we reserve the right to hold an order for further verification. Please, provide a valid phone number in case we have to call you to verify a purchase. Those who commit credit card fraud will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Also, depending on the dollar amount of your order, we may require a signature when shipping a package.
If the signature is required, you will be notified via email. If you are unable to be at the shipping location when the package arrives, contact shipping company directly to arrange for your package to be picked up. If a package will be returned back to us as undeliverable, you will be charged shipping and restocking fee.
All shipments must be inspected at the time of delivery. If your item is damaged, call us immediately.

Cancellations
Once an order is placed, we are not able to cancel the order due to the speed in which we process and ship orders. If you no longer want a product after the order has been placed, please contact us for a return merchandise authorization number. If your product has shipped and you refuse delivery, you will be held responsible for the cost of shipping in both directions and restocking fees.

To cancel monthly GPS service, please contact us at (888) 645-5750. Only an authorized user that is listed on the account can cancel GPS service. Please contact us at least two days before your billing date to avoid being charged for the next month. Purchase of any GPS system constitutes agreeing to activation and monthly service fees chosen upon sale. Monthly service fees are not refundable. If you wish to stop monthly GPS service contact us at least two days before next billing date.

Returns
To request a return please call us at (888) 645-5750. Once your return is authorized, we will send you directions on how to return an item. You will be responsible for shipping charges and you will be charged a restocking fee.
Activated GPS devices are eligible for warranty replacement only.

Warranty Replacements
All products are backed by our standard 90-Day Warranty. If your product stops working within 90 days of receiving the product and we are unable to resolve the issue through troubleshooting, we will issue a return for a replacement of the same item.
As part of our inspection process for warranty replacement requests, all items are tested upon receipt. If the returned item is found to be in working condition and free of defects your original item will be returned to you. If the item is confirmed to be defective, a new replacement unit will be shipped.
If the product has been altered or physically damaged due to misuse, this may void the warranty and/or return eligibility of the item. In these rare cases your return may be denied and the product will be returned to you.

Exclusion of Consequential, Incidental, and Other Damages, and Limitation of Liability. We will not be liable for:
Consequential or incidental damages. Damages or loss of any kind whatsoever relating to loss of profit, loss fo data, privacy, confidentiality, inability to use all or part of the product, personal injury, any direct or indirect damages arising out of and relating in any way to Hound GPS tracker. This applies even if Hound GPS tracker or any supplier or agent has been advised of the possibility of such losses or damages; even in the event of fault, tort (including negligence), strict of product liability, misrepresentation or other reason; and even if any remedy fails of its essential purpose.

Return Shipping
Return shipping is paid by the customer for all products, unless the item is defective and under warranty, or as otherwise specified in a specific product detail page on our website.

Use traceable shipping method when sending at item to us. We will not be responsible for any lost return shipments.

Unauthorized Returns
Items returned without a return merchandise authorization issued by us may be denied and sent back to the customer. To ensure your return is processed in a speedy manner, we ask that all returns be requested through our hotline at (888) 645-5750, so that we may issue the appropriate authorization and provide instructions on where to send your item.

Communications
By using the Hound GPS Tracker website, you consent to receiving electronic communications from us.

Export
You acknowledge that the Hound GPS Trackers are subject to United States export jurisdiction. You agree to comply with all applicable national and international laws that apply.

Termination
This License is effective until terminated. Your rights under this License are terminable by Hound GPS Tracker at any time without notice.
